Your Cost

Flat Fee Listings

Many seller’s have past experience with home sales, and want to leverage that knowledge to help them save money on the sale of their home. Apex Property Consultants offers a range of fixed Flat Fee Listing options that are not tied to the sale price of you home. Starting at $349.00, with a Flat Fee Listing package, seller’s will gain access to their area’s Multiple Listing Service (MLS), and all the benefits it offers.

Full Service Representation

First time sellers, or sellers who need more extensive support, should consider Full Service Representation. This premium level service is the same as working with a non-flat-fee Real Estate Agent, but at Apex Property Consultants our belief in saving clients money and business model allows for Full Service Representation for a Seller’s Agent Commission of 1.5% rather than 3% commissions charged by other brokerages.

Vinyl Post Delux Yard Sign
$199.00

An upgraded elegant white vinyl post yard sign to make your home stand out and draw more attention. This sign will be professionally installed in the front yard of your home in an area with maximum visibility. The sign will include the Apex Property Consultants logo and legally required language as well as a “1-888” that will forward to a phone number of the seller’s choosing.

Once added to your package you will be contacted to arrange delivery and installation within 3 to 5 business days of your order. The sign will remain installed on your property for the duration of your package period, or until your property sells, whichever happens first.

A photography session with a professional photographer to include the exterior and interior elements of your property. This session will provide you with photographs that show your property to its maximum advantage and provide valuable marketing tools for advertising your property. After the session the photos will be adjusted to remove any distortions, lighting issues, or other blemishes to provide you with high quality final finish photos.

Additionally, this session will result in a 3D virtual tour of your property which provides the ability of remote showings. A PDF professional floor plan of your property is also included for you to add to your marketing material.

Combination Key Lockbox
$29.00

A Combination Key Lockbox for you to use to assist you with showing access for buyers and their agents. This box may be affixed to a secure location on your property, and a spare access key placed in side.

Premium Listing’s Package

    6. Apex will schedule individual showings and open house events which meet your needs.

    7. Apex will handle all inquiries from buyers and their agents and keep you informed every step of the way with a weekly activity report.

    8. A Yard Sign that will draw eyes and bring in buyers.

    9. Combo Key Box or Digital Key Box at your request, depending on what level of privacy and control you wish to maintain.

A Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) will give you a comprehensive breakdown of sales of properties similar to the type you are selling or buying within the last twelve (12) months in a specific geographic or market area. It will also include market trends, local lifestyle information, tax history, and other relevant facts about your market that may have an impact on your investment outlook.

Digital Key Lockbox (SupraKey)
$199.00

This is a Garden State MLS SupraKey Digital Lockbox which will give real estate buyer’s agents access through the MLS SupraKey Application. This key lockbox allows for access alerts and records the information of which agent accessed the lockbox, date, and time of access.

The cost is $199.00 up front, but seller’s will receive an $80.00 refund when the digital lockbox is returned after the sale of the property.
